• Please note that the official conference language is English.

OFFLINE mode
• The presenter should be physically available at the conference seminar hall at the scheduled time slot.

ONLINE mode
We are excited to have you participate in SIIOC 2024. For online presentations, we will be utilizing a live mode to ensure real-time engagement and interaction. To ensure the smooth execution of your presentations and to provide the best possible experience for all attendees, we have outlined some guidelines for online presenters. Kindly find the attached template of the POWERPOINT presentation.
1. Internet Connection:
• Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection capable of supporting live video streaming. A wired connection is recommended for optimal reliability.
• Test your internet speed beforehand to ensure it meets the requirements for streaming live video without interruption.
2. Quiet Environment:
• Find a quiet and distraction-free space to conduct your live presentation. Minimize background noise to maintain clarity and focus.
3. Audio and Video Quality:
• Utilize a working microphone to ensure clear audio transmission to participants.
• Position your camera at eye level and ensure adequate lighting to provide clear visibility during your presentation.
• Test your audio and video setup in advance to identify and address any issues.
4. Software and Compatibility:
• Ensure that you have the necessary software installed and updated for the online platform through which you will be presenting.
• Familiarize yourself with the features of the platform to facilitate a smooth presentation experience.
5. Timing and Punctuality:
• Please join the online sessions early using the Google Meet link shared, and you must be present for the entire session.
• Adhere to the allocated time for your presentation to ensure that the conference schedule remains on track.
6. Engagement and Interaction:
• Encourage interaction with the audience through features such as live Q&A sessions or chat functions provided by the platform.
• Be prepared to address questions and engage in discussions immediately following your presentation.
